A grievance cell has been working in the college campus for redressing the grievance of the students. The cell is open on wedness day every week from 3.00P.M. to 4.00P.M. After the written complaint received by the principal. Then he sends it to the respective redressal cell. Other members of the cell review the complaint and submit a report to the principal. The full body of the cell along with the person’s concerned with the complaint meet for an amicable Solution or for necessary steps to be taken.
The grievances will be settled within one month from the receipt of the complain from the complainant.
